Hudhu Villa — two self-contained two-bedroom villas on Gn. Fuvahmulah, in the far south of the Maldives. Designed, permitted and ready to build.
The design is mirrored about a central spine: two entirely separate villas, each with its own street entrance, pool, kitchen, living room and stair. Live in one and let the other, take the whole building as a family house, or run both as private-pool stays.
Behind a closed street wall of perforated screens and timber gates, the glazed faces turn inward to the pool courts — so the house opens to its own water rather than to the road.

A one-island atoll in the far south — geologically and ecologically unlike anywhere else in the Maldives, and the reason visitors choose it by name.
Designated in 2020. Protected ecology, with development held to a standard that defends long-term value.
One of the few places on earth with a resident population, drawing divers in every month.
A white-pebble beach found nowhere else in the country.
Bandaara Kilhi and Dhadimagi Kilhi — unique in the Maldives.
Direct domestic flights from Malé and Gan. No sea transfer.
Guesthouse demand is growing faster than the supply of private-pool product.
Each villa takes a private pool and timber deck, a living room behind full-height glazing, a kitchen with dining, and upstairs a master bedroom with walk-in closet and ensuite plus a second ensuite bedroom — each with its own balcony.

Permitting is the long pole in the Maldives. It is done — which removes the approval risk, the design spend and roughly two years of calendar.
The investment proposal — construction costing, the stage payment programme, the operating case and the ownership structures open to foreign buyers — is shared with serious enquirers on request.
Maldivian law does not permit foreign nationals to own land outright. A foreign buyer takes an interest through a lawful structure — typically a long-term lease, a Maldivian-incorporated company, or an income-sharing arrangement — settled with qualified Maldivian counsel.
